The basis of person-centred/humanistic counselling is that it is centred around you, your experiences and what you want to discuss in the session. The sessions and process will be guided by you completely, so the space is available to use how you wish. The space will be a non-judgmental, secure and open one, which will help you explore, process and move towards where you wish to be.

The frequency of sessions are typically weekly. The sessions tend to be on the same day each week, but I will make every effort to accommodate those working shift patterns. If you need a different way of working, either frequency or day of sessions, feel free to get in touch to discuss.
How much are the sessions?
A session is £50 for a 50 minute session. I have a limited number of discounted rates for those on low income or counselling students.
Is there a cancellation fee?
I require 48 hours notice for cancellations, this excludes exceptional circumstances.
What happens next?
If you contact me, we can organise a free consultation lasting 15 minutes. This 15 minute session is an opportunity for you to ask any questions, get information and for us both to get to know each other a bit more. If you want to continue after this, we will organise the first session and I will email over a counselling agreement.
Any further questions, get in touch through my contact page or [email protected].
