About Me

Hi, I'm Oriana (she/her).
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor. Person-centred means the therapeutic process is centred around you. I offer a private space, without fear of judgement or expectations - which are perfect conditions to work together to get what you want from counselling. My sessions are purposely laid back, where you and I are both free to be ourselves in this space. This may include a few laughs along the way!
I gained a PGdip counselling qualification from The University of Salford in 2021. I have worked for a mental health charity, specialist domestic violence clinic and the NHS, providing counselling.
I am a working class counsellor with lived experience of chronic illness. My professional experience includes anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, illness, chronic pain, addiction, abuse (including domestic violence), post covid recovery, stress, grief and loss.
